Residency looks different depending on where you're training — and so does your insurance. Find the option below that matches your program.

In-network with UMR. If you're a resident, fellow, or attending at the Mount Sinai Hospital main campus, you likely have a $0 co-pay for sessions.

Your mental health benefits come through your union (CIR/SEIU), not UMR, often reimbursing up to $5,000/year. I offer sessions at $200, with a superbill provided for reimbursement.

Training at Bellevue, Elmhurst, Harlem Hospital, Jacobi, Woodhull, or another CIR/SEIU-represented program? The same superbill process likely applies to you.
